Replacement Policy

At Raas Raaseshwari, every piece is handcrafted with care, precision, and love. We take great pride in the quality of our jewellery. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Replacement
• Replacements are accepted only in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item received.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• You must make an unboxing video while opening your parcel — this video is mandatory to process any replacement request.
• Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team at raasraaseshwari@gmail.com

Process
1. Send us your order details, unboxing video, and a brief description of the issue.
2. Our team will review your request and, once approved, share the return shipping instructions.
3. After we receive and inspect the item, a replacement will be dispatched.

Important Notes
• No replacements will be accepted without an unboxing video.
• We do not offer returns or refunds — only replacements for eligible cases.
• Customized, altered, or sale items are not eligible for replacement.
• All replacement decisions are at the discretion of the Raas Raaseshwari quality team.
